Projects

Work I'd be happy to be judged on.

Problem, approach, outcome. No screenshots of dashboards, no client logos standing in for results.

A currency exchange people actually trust

  • Product
  • Fintech
  • Operations

The problem

Exchange in Moldova ran on opaque rates and counter-side improvisation. Customers could not know the real price before walking in.

What I did

Built the rate engine, the public site and the branch tooling as one system, so the number a customer sees online is the number they get at the counter.

What changed

A business that grew on transparency rather than footfall, and an operating base I run and improve continuously rather than hand over. DRAFT — replace with real figures.

Removing a company's manual middle

  • Automation
  • Internal tools
  • AI

The problem

An established business whose growth was capped by people re-entering the same data between systems that were never designed to speak to each other.

What I did

Mapped where work actually stalled, then replaced the manual middle with services and an internal interface the team could trust without supervision.

What changed

Work that used to take days now completes in hours, with the same headcount doing higher-value work. DRAFT — replace with real figures.

An AI product taken from idea to live

  • AI
  • 0→1
  • Product strategy

The problem

A founder with a strong thesis, real customers waiting and no technical path from concept to something people could pay for.

What I did

Shaped scope down to what proved the thesis, built it as a real product rather than a demo, and stayed in the room for the decisions that mattered after launch.

What changed

Live with paying users inside a single quarter. DRAFT — replace with real figures.

Some of the work I'm proudest of sits under agreements that keep it off this page. If you're weighing me up for something specific, ask me directly and I'll tell you what I can.

Working on something ambitious?

If you're building a serious company, product or technology project and think I could add value, I'd like to hear about it.
